She called me back within 1 minute; took time with me on the phone to walk through so many details and inquiries, and was so respectful and gracious when I asked about potential alternative options to their services.

I was so impressed and wanted to share how wonderful my interaction was, how considerate and professional of leader Karen is, and how much of a customer-centric experience I had.
